Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Synethy ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It covers this website and our business correspondence.
Data controller. Synethy — [registered entity name and address to be completed]. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described below, write to hello@synethy.com.
1. What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we hold your email address, name, company and whatever you choose to put in the message.
- Business contact details. Where we contact organisations about our services, we may hold a business email address, role and company name obtained from public sources or from the organisation itself.
- Server logs. Our web server records IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent as part of normal operation and security monitoring.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It sets no cookies of its own.
2. Third parties that receive data
Web fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google receives your IP address. Our website and mail server are hosted in London, United Kingdom. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
3. Why we may process your data, and on what basis
- To reply to you — because you asked us to, or because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to a business enquiry.
- To contact organisations about our services — legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing, balanced against the recipient's interests, and always with a working opt-out.
- To keep our systems secure and working — legitimate interest.
- To meet legal obligations — where the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while there is an active business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. If you ask us to erase your data we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You may also withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent, and complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email hello@synethy.com. We will respond within one month.
6. Opting out of our emails
Every message we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also reply asking us to stop, or email hello@synethy.com. We will remove you and keep a minimal suppression record so that we do not contact you again by mistake.
7. Security
Traffic to this site and to our mail service is encrypted in transit. Access to our systems is restricted and authenticated.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
